1.Definitions

1.1. Site, Website - spectre-streaming.com website.

1.2. Services - Spectre website, apps and services.

1.3. Server - group of applications and systems that are essential for Services to operate.

1.4. Author - creator of Services, Alexander Glinsky.

1.5. Staff - Author and other associates that participate in development and support of Services and Users.

1.6. User - person that uses Services.

1.7. Credentials - data that identifies User and allows to use Services.

1.8. Username - unique User identifier.

1.8. Terms - this list of terms and conditions.

1.9. Registration - process of acquiring access to Services by providing required iudentification data.

1.10. Software - program and/or programs.

1.11. Twitch - twitch.tv streaming service.

2. General

2.1. Site and Services are in the process of primary development at this moment.

2.2. Access to Site and Services is provided to Users free of charge during the primary development process.

2.3. Access to Site and Services will become paid after the primary development phase ends.

2.4. Staff will inform Users about the end of Site and Services primary development phase not later than one calendar week before Site and Services primary development phase end via a letter that will be sent to the email address supplied during Registration.

2.5. These Terms are temporary and are subject to change after Site and Services primary development ends.

2.6. User agrees with these Terms by Registering and using Site and Services.

2.7. User Credentials are used to access Site and Services.

3. Rights and obligations of User

3.1. User is obliged not to disclose their Credentials to anyone, with the exception of Username, which may be used in public functions of Site and Services.

3.2. User is prohibited to modify or distribute source code, executable, configuration or any other files of Site and Services, with the exception of software, listed in paragraph 5 of these Terms.

3.3. User has a right to use Site and Services free of charge during primary development of Site and Service.

3.4. User that Registered before the end of primary development of Site and Services and uses Site and Services during said period has a right of indefinite 20% discount on access to Site and Services, if said User will agree to new Terms during one calendar month after the end of primary development of Site and Services.

3.5. User has a right to distribute information about Site and Services.

3.6. Пользователь имеет право получить консультацию или поддержку по использованию Сайта и Сервисов по каналам, указанным в соответствующем разделе Сайта.User has a right for technical support regarding functioning of Site and Services via communication channels listed on the Support page of Site.

3.7. User must connect their Twitch account to the account of Site and Services for them to function properly, which is done on the User’s control panel on Site.

4. Rights and obligations of Staff

4.1. Staff is obliged to protect and keep User’s credentials undisclosed to anyone, with the exception of Username, which may be used in public functions of Site and Services.

4.2. In extension to paragraph 2.4 of these Terms, Staff is obliged to notify User about the end of primary development of Site and Services not later than one calendar week before the end of primary development of Site and Service via a letter, which will be sent to the email address provided during Registration of the User.

4.3. Staff has a right to block access of User to Site and Services for violation of these Terms.

4.4. Staff has a right to send important information to User to the email address provided during Registration.

4.5. Staff has a right to display the information about User using Site and Services to visitors of Site in form of a link to User’s Twitch channel.

5. Third party software

5.1. Installation and distribution packages of Services may contain third party software, that may be distributed with its own licence.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. Site and Services are provided by Staff “as is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.In no event shall Staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
